Daily Challenge

(Beginner)
5 rounds for time:
30 seconds lunges
20 seconds squats
10 seconds high knees

(Advanced)
3 rounds for time:
15 romanian dead lifts
5 clean and jerks
5 lunges each leg
5 clean and jerks
