Every 6 minutes for 4 rounds, complete the following as fast as possible

30 Pushups
300 Meter Run

Elements Level 2 will be taught at 6:00 pm tonight. This introductory class covers the basic concepts and terminology used at Mohr Fitness as well as the Deadlift, Overhead Press and their variations. This 45 minute course is required to be able to participate in a normal Bootcamp and costs $20. Only $15 for current members
