Every day, there will be a "Daily Challenge" workout posted with a "beginner" and "advanced" option to follow. I encourage you to post your workout stats under the Daily Challenge as a free way to track your progress, and to see how you stack up against other MOHR FITNESS followers.
Also, I know life is busy, stressful, etc... and we could all use a little motivation to work out. So, I will provide a "Reason to Train" every day in the form of a motivational picture, video, or quote.
