-Over the past 6 years, Dustin has spent much of his free time researching
modern exercise; specifically Crossfit, olympic weightlifting, the fastest and
most efficient ways to lose fat and build muscle, and how to be a better
                          physical human being in general.
Strengths: Dustin's specialty is teaching people how to love (and sometimes hate) the sport of fitness.  His love and enthusiasm for this lifestyle spills over into his training.  He is good at motivating and pushing people beyond what they thought they were capable of as well as knowing how hard to push them based on their current fitness levels.  He's also good at referring to himself in the 3rd person.
