10 Rounds:
Every 2 minutes,
Perform the following as fast as possible:
15 Pushups or Situps 
(or mix and match til' you reach 15)
30 Double Unders , Squats, Tuck Jumps 
(mix and til' you reach 30)

*Score your worst of the 10 Rounds

*Beginners do 5 rounds every 5 minutes

Daily Challenge

I had a nice trip to Wright Exercise in Birmingham, Alabama yesterday. I came home riding low with over half a ton of rubber bumper plates and some other toys! They have the best prices on Crossfit equipment by a long shot.  Thanks to Grant and the rest of the staff for being so helpful. If you ever find yourself in the area, stop by. It's like an entire mall for Crossfitters!

Elements Level 2 will be taught at 6:00 pm tonight. This introductory class covers the basic concepts and terminology used at Mohr Fitness as well as the Deadlift, Overhead Press and their variations. This 45 minute course is required to be able to participate in a normal Bootcamp and costs $20. Only $15 for current members
