Every 2 minutes,
Perform the following as fast as possible:
15 Pushups or Situps
(or mix and match til' you reach 15)
30 Double Unders , Squats, Tuck Jumps
(mix and til' you reach 30)
*Score your worst of the 10 Rounds
*Beginners do 5 rounds every 5 minutes
*Print this off and redeem for 2 free weeks of classes
