Spend 1 minute in the bottom position of an OVERHEAD SQUAT
Spend 2 minutes in the bottom position of a FRONT SQUAT
Spend 3 minutes in the top position of a PUSH PRESS
Spend 4 minutes in the RACK POSITION
Spend 5 minutes in the LOW PLANK POSITION
