AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

3 Overhead Squats
5 Pistols Each Leg (4 - 45 lb plates)
7 Burpees
9 Knees to Elbows



(Advanced - *95 lb / 65 lb, 12'')
(Intermediate – 85 / 55 lb , 16'')
(Beginner – 65 / 35 lb, 20'')
