(Beginner)
5 Rounds:
3 Lunges each leg
6 Tuck Jumps
9 Squats

Then...
100 Jumping Jacks
30 Pushups
15 Burpees

(Advanced)
5 rounds:
3 OH Squat
6 Front Squat
9 Back Squat

Then...
800 meter run
30 Push Press
30 Burpees

*2/3 BW , 1/2 BW

*30 min time cap
