Daily Challenge

Every 6 minutes, perform the following as fast as possible for 3 rounds:

Front Barbell Lunge & Press x 5 
OH Squat x 10
Burpee x 15

*Front Barbell Lunge = 1 Lunge on each leg with barbell in front rack position followed by 1 Overhead Press.

*95/65 lb
*Score worst time only
