3x Max Rep Handstand Pushups (or Handstand Pushup Flip and Holds)

*Score highest weight with all 10 reps completed on rows & worst round on HS Pushups


Then...

5 Rounds:
50 Rep Jumping Air Squat Sprints every 3 minutes

*Score worst time
